RULE §376.903 | What services are available to unaccompanied refugee minors? |
Unaccompanied refugee minors are eligible for the same range of child welfare benefits and services that are available to other children in the state. The contractor must develop a plan to ensure that the child is placed in a foster home or other setting approved by the legally responsible agency and also provide the following services according to the individual need of the child: |
