| (a) Annual Income for a household occupying a Restricted
Unit shall be determined consistent with the Section 8 Program administered
by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), using
the definitions of annual income described in 24 CFR §5.609 as
further described in the HUD Handbook 4350.3, as amended from time
to time.
(b) Income and rent limits will be derived from data
released by HUD.
(c) The income and rent limits specified in the Regulatory
Agreement will be used to determine if a household's income and rent
is restricted.
