SUBCHAPTER AGENERAL PROVISIONS
RULE §319.6Access to Pre-race and Test Areas Restricted

To ensure the safety and security of the race animals, an individual or race animal may not enter the pre-race area, the lockout kennel, or the test areas unless:

  (1) the race animal is participating in a race, being schooled, or being tested; or

  (2) the individual is required for the attendance of a race animal.
