RULE §321.21Certain Wagers Prohibited
(a) Except as otherwise provided by Section 2027.002 of the Act, an association may not accept a wager made by mail, by telephone, or by internet. A data communications link for common pooling purposes is not considered a wager for purposes of this section.

(b) An association may not accept a wager made on credit.
