RULE §573.70Mandatory Reporting of Criminal Activity

A licensee or an applicant for a license shall report to the Board within 30 days of being arrested for, charged with, or indicted for any criminal offense above the grade of a Class C misdemeanor, or for any Class C misdemeanor in or connected with the practice of veterinary medicine or equine dentistry. A licensee or an applicant for a license shall report the final disposition of the matter to the Board within 30 days of disposition. All reports made pursuant to this rule shall be made on the form provided by the Board.
