You must ensure that poisonous or flammable materials are:
(1) Stored in their original, labeled containers;
(2) Kept separate from medication, food, food preparation
surfaces, and dining surfaces;
(3) Stored in an area that is inaccessible to children,
unless caregivers have evaluated a child as capable and likely to
use such items responsibly; and
(4) Cleaned up immediately when spilled.
