RULE §19.1305License Requirement

(a) A person may not act as, or hold himself out to be, a risk manager in this state unless the person meets the requirements of the Insurance Code, Article 21.14-1, and the rules of the board and is licensed by the board.

(b) In applying for a license, each applicant must submit the following:

  (1) a completed application for risk manager's license with all documentation attached;

  (2) two recent clear and close-up photographs of the applicant, at least 2 inches by 1.5 inches in size; and

  (3) the license fee.
