|(a) Every insurance policy issued by the Association shall be separately coded for statistical purposes. (b) The Association shall comply with any reporting requirements of the Commissioner concerning its underwriting operations and experience. The reports shall be made at least annually in such form and detail as may be required by the Commissioner. (c) The Association shall report its premium, loss and expense experience in accordance with a statistical plan promulgated by the Commissioner. (d) The Association shall submit to the Commissioner periodic reports including: (1) the number of risks inspected, (2) the number of risks accepted, (3) the number of risks conditionally accepted, (4) the number of reinspections made, (5) the number of risks declined, and (6) any other necessary information.
