| (a) Except as provided in this subchapter, the commissioner
adopts by reference the IAIABC EDI Implementation Guide for Claims,
Release 3.1.4, dated January 1, 2021, published by the IAIABC.
(b) The commissioner adopts by reference the:
(1) Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Implementation Guide,
Version 1.0;
(2) Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Element Requirement
Table, Version 1.0;
(3) Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Edit Matrix, Version
1.0, dated June 30, 2023; and
(4) Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Event Table, Version
1.0. The Texas Claim EDI Release 3.1.4 Implementation Guide, tables,
and the matrix are published by the division.
(c) The adopted division tables are on the division's
website at www.tdi.texas.gov/wc/edi/index.html.
(d) In the event of a conflict between the IAIABC EDI
Implementation Guide for Claims and the Labor Code or division rules,
the Labor Code or division rules will prevail.
