The Occupational Safety and Health Standards, Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration being: (1) 29 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1910, republished in its entirety as of November 7, 1978 (commonly known as OSHA); and (2) 29 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 1926, Occupational Safety and Health Regulations for Contractors, republished in its entirety February 9, 1979, and amendments thereto.
