Hazards not covered by an existing rule will be treated in conformity with recognized national safety procedures and identified as such. Recommendations for correction will be made in keeping with National Safety Council guidelines and those of organizations referenced therein, all of which are legally incorporated by reference to this part and have same force and effect as other standards in this part.
