A political subdivision that receives a conservation program or project loan shall: (1) upon request of the executive administrator, promptly provide certified copies of all minutes, operating budgets, monthly operating statements, contracts with borrowers, audit reports and other documents concerning the conservation program or project loan; and (2) upon request of the executive administrator or at the end of each state fiscal year, shall provide to the executive administrator a report on the loans made to borrowers during the preceding state fiscal year, in a format specified by the executive administrator. |
