The provisions of 30 TAC §7.103 (relating to Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Regarding the Regulation of Aquaculture) in effect on May 19, 2022 are adopted by reference. |
