| (a) A Board shall be responsible for the administration of child care in a manner consistent with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2308, as amended, and related provisions under Chapter 801 of this title (relating to Local Workforce Development Boards). (b) A Board shall ensure that access to child care services shall be available through all Texas Workforce Centers within a workforce area. (c) Child care services are support services for workforce employment, job training, and services under Texas Government Code, Chapter 2308 and Chapter 801 of this title. (d) Upon request, a Board shall provide the Commission with access to child care administration records and submit related information for review and monitoring, pursuant to Commission rules and policies. |
