RULE §9.207Use of Financial Institutions
(a) The department will, to the extent feasible, use services offered by financial institutions that are owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.

(b) The department encourages contractors to use services offered by financial institutions that are owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
