| RULE §9.225 | Maintaining and Reporting Data on Contract Goals |
In a year in which the department projects the use of contract goals, the department will maintain data separately on DBE achievements in the contracts with contract goals and contracts without contract goals. The data will be reported to the appropriate OA under §9.236 of this subchapter (relating to Reporting of DBE Participation). |
