RULE §85.303Notification of Hiring

If a licensed pawnshop employee begins working at a pawnshop participating in the pawnshop employee license program, and the pawnshop is different from the pawnshop on file for the employee's license, then the hiring pawnbroker must notify the OCCC of the hiring within one week from the issuance of the initial wage payment or in accordance with a standard preapproved reporting schedule.
