| RULE §809.135 | Texas Rising Star Process for Reconsideration |
The Agency's designated Texas Rising Star assessment entity shall ensure a process for reconsideration of facility assessment for Texas Rising Star certification. Texas Rising Star assessments are not subject to Chapter 823 of this title (relating to Integrated Complaints, Hearings, and Appeals). |
