(a)"Act" has the meaning assigned by--Chapter 1303, Texas Occupation Code.

 (b)"Commission" means--the Texas Real Estate Commission.

 (c)"Residential Service Contract"--has the meaning assigned by §1303.002(5) of the Act.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
