(a)A residential service company that intends to be licensed by the Commission must:

  (1)file an application on a form prescribed by the Commission for that purpose and;

   (2)submit the required fee under §539.231.

 (b)The Commission shall assign a license number to each residential service company licensed by the Commission.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
