(a)A residential service company must file an application to approve a schedule of charges on a form prescribed by the Commission for that purpose and submit the required fee under §539.231.

 (b)A discount or any other change in any amount to be charged a consumer by a residential service company for coverage under a residential service contract is a change to a schedule of charges previously approved by the Commission. A residential service company must obtain the Commission's prior approval of a revised schedule of charges before offering the discount or other price reduction.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
