(a)A residential service company shall use forms prescribed by the Commission for submission of a bond required by the Act and consent to service of process.

(b)All forms prescribed by the Commission are available from the Commission at www.trec.texas.gov.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
