Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The Texas Real Estate Commission (Commission) adopts by reference standard contract form, TREC No. 40-8 approved by the Commission in 2018 for use as an addendum to be added to promulgated forms of contracts when there is a condition for third party financing.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
