Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
Tasks assigned the committee include:

  (1)develop research priorities, guidelines, and procedures for the selection of specific projects for awards on a competitive, peer review basis; and

  (2)determine funding to be allocated to each research area.

This agency hereby certifies that the proposal has been reviewed by legal counsel and found to be within the agency's legal authority to adopt.
