The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

  (3)Advisory Committee--the Advisory Committee on Research Programs established by Board rules, Chapter 1, Subchapter F, §§1.121 - 1.127 of this title (relating to Advisory Committee on Research Programs).   (4) - (11)(No change.)
