Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The Council shall report recommendations to the Board as necessary. The Council shall also report Council activities to the Board to allow the Board to properly evaluate the Council's work, usefulness, and the costs related to the Council's existence. The Board shall report its evaluation to the Legislative Budget Board in its biennial Legislative Appropriations Request.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the adoption and found it to be a valid exercise of the agency's legal authority.
