Preamble Texas Admin Code Rule
The committee shall be abolished no later than October 31, 2021 [2017], in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2110. It may be reestablished by the Board.

The agency certifies that legal counsel has reviewed the proposal and found it to be within the state agency's legal authority to adopt.
