The equation for calculating the maximum daily cap in pounds per day for all electric generating facilities in the system cap.

Where:

     Capdaily  = the NOX maximum daily cap in pounds per day;

     i = as defined in paragraph (1) of this subsection;

     N = as defined in paragraph (1) of this subsection;

     Hmi = the maximum daily heat input, as certified to the executive director, allowed
               or possible (whichever is lower) in a day; and

     Ri = as defined in paragraph (1) of this subsection.
