These actions address your deficiency without requiring you to close. Listed family homes are not subject to voluntary or corrective actions. |
| (2) Adverse Actions |
These actions address your deficiency and may require you to close and/or add permanent restrictions or conditions to your permit. |
| (3) Judicial Actions |
A court may impose these actions, including closure, when we request a court order to address your deficiency. |
| (4) Monetary Actions |
These actions are fines or penalties that we may impose as provided by the Human Resources Code, §42.075 and §42.078. |
