COMBUSTOR TYPE SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Combustors during periods when burning only pathological waste, low-level radioactive waste, and/or chemotherapeutic waste, as defined in §113.2070. • Owner/Operator must perform notification and recordkeeping requirements specified in §113.2076(e).
Co-fired combustor, as defined in §113.2070. • Hospital waste and medical/infectious waste (by weight) must be less than 10% of total waste burned on a calendar quarter basis.

Any combustor required to have a permit under §3005 of the federal Solid Waste Disposal Act. • None
