9. Consider and take necessary action on appointment to the Deep East Texas Council of Government's Board of Directors.
10. Consider and take necessary action on requests from Bassmasters and local host to use Caney Point recreation at Lake Fork for fishing tournament and give an economic development grant to Wood County.
11. Consider and take necessary action on adoption of the Purchasing Policy as it relates to purchases for the Toledo Bend Project Joint Operation.
12. Consider and take necessary action on the Environmental Services Division Water Quality Laboratory Fee Schedule.

14. Consider and take necessary action on notification of available water per interim contract with North Texas Municipal Water District.
15. Consider and take necessary action to authorize the General Manager to negotiate, and bring to the Board for approval, a new contract with North Texas Municipal Water District for the sale of interim water.
16. Consider and take necessary action to authorize the General Manager to send a letter to the City of Commerce regarding the rates for their upcoming contract renewal.
17. President Walenta will close the meeting to the public for an Executive Session.
