RULE §11.96 | Surface Mining Permit Issuance |
The applicant shall have the right to proceed with activities covered by the application immediately upon submitting the certificates, bond (or other substitute collateral), approved application fee required in §11.95 of this title (relating to Surface Mining Bonding, Insurance, and Payment of Fees), and the commission has issued a written permit for such activities. The commission will issue a written permit within 30 days after the certificates, bonds (or other substitute collateral), and approved application fee required in §11.95 of this title have been received by the commission. |
