RULE §11.163 | Hearing on Petition |
Upon application for a surface mining permit covering an area for which a complete and valid petition to declare lands unsuitable for surface mining has been filed, the commission shall hold a hearing to consider the petition, in accordance with the notice requirements of §11.34 of this title (relating to Public Hearing), and in addition to such notice shall give notice to those persons and entities required to be submitted by the petitioner in §11.161(2) and (3) of this title (relating to Procedure for Petition). |
