This division (relating to Houston-Galveston-Brazoria Ozone Nonattainment Area Minor Sources) applies in the Houston-Galveston-Brazoria ozone nonattainment area to the following equipment at any stationary source of nitrogen oxides (NOX ) that is not a major source of NO X : |
