RULE §12.141 | Operation Plan: Blasting |
Each application shall contain a blasting plan for the proposed permit area, explaining how the applicant will comply with the requirements of §§12.357-12.360 and 12.362 of this title (relating to Use of Explosives: General Requirements, to Use of Explosives: Pre-Blasting Survey, to Use of Explosives: Blasting Schedule, to Use of Explosives: Control of Adverse Effects, and to Use of Explosives: Records of Blasting Operations) and including the following: |
