DIVISION 2HEARING FOLLOWING INVESTIGATION
RULE §157.1131Applicability

This division applies only to a commissioner of education decision resulting from a special investigation to:

  (1) appoint a board of managers;

   (2) appoint alternative management to a campus; or

   (3) close a school district or district campus.
