RULE §17.15 | Motions To Retract |
A party may, at any time in the administrative process, indicate acceptance of the opposing position on any of the issues presented by filing a motion to retract. The motion to retract shall concisely state which issue or issues are no longer in controversy and need not be considered in a hearing. |
