RULE §21.11 | Requests to Counties and Cities for Acquisition of Right-of-Way |
The appropriate district engineer is authorized to furnish to the applicable county or city the property legal descriptions and right-of-way maps of land or right-of-way deemed necessary or convenient for any road or highway to be constructed, reconstructed, maintained, widened, straightened, or lengthened as a part of the state highway system. The property legal descriptions and right-of-way maps are prepared to accommodate the approved design of projects as authorized by the Texas Transportation Commission. |
