RULE §21.2007 | Assignment of Medical Support Rights to State Agency |
An insurer shall not impose requirements on a state agency that has been assigned the rights of an individual eligible for medical assistance and covered for health benefits by that insurer which are different from the requirements applicable to an agent or assignee of any other covered individual. |
