(a) Section 211.3 of this Chapter does not apply to
persons who are imprisoned at the time the department considers the
conviction.
(b) The department shall revoke a license upon the
imprisonment of a license holder following a felony conviction or
revocation or felony community supervision, parole, or mandatory supervision.
(c) The department may revoke a license upon the imprisonment
for a felony conviction, felony community supervision revocation,
revocation of parole, or revocation of mandatory supervision of a
person described by §211.2(a)(2) of this chapter who remains
employed with the license holder.
(d) A person currently imprisoned because of a felony
conviction may not obtain a license, renew a previously issued license,
or act in a representative capacity for an application or license
holder as described by §211.2(a)(2).
