SUBCHAPTER DGENERAL DISTINGUISHING NUMBERS AND IN-TRANSIT LICENSES
RULE §215.131Purpose and Scope

This subchapter implements Transportation Code, Chapters 503 and 1001-1005, and Occupations Code, Chapter 2301, and applies to general distinguishing numbers and drive-a-way operator in-transit licenses issued by the department.
