RULE §215.108 | Addition or Relocation of Line-make |
An application to amend an existing franchised dealer's license for the addition of another line-make at the existing dealership or for the relocation of a line-make to the existing dealership shall be deemed an "application to establish a dealership" insofar as the line-make to be added is concerned, and shall be subject to the provisions of §215.105 of this title (relating to Notification of License Application; Protest Requirements) and §215.106 of this title (relating to Time for Filing Protest). |
