(a) Records for the production, processing, bottling,
and all sales of Grade A raw milk and Grade A raw milk products must
be maintained and provided to the department, upon request, and must
include the following.
(1) The monitoring of all temperature controls during
the production, processing, bottling, sale, and delivery.
(2) The corrective actions taken when there is a failure
to maintain product at the required temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit
(7 degrees Celsius).
(3) The amount of Grade A raw milk and Grade A raw
milk products produced daily.
(4) The amount of Grade A raw milk and Grade A raw
milk products processed daily.
(5) The amount of Grade A raw milk and Grade A raw
milk products sold and delivered daily.
(6) The batch number for each Grade A raw milk and
Grade A raw milk product that is bottled daily.
(7) Herd health records, which must be provided to
the department annually.
(b) A processor must post the most recent lab results
in the milk house or store front and notify customers that testing
results performed in §217.26 of this title (relating to Examination
of Grade A Raw Milk and Grade A Raw Milk Products) are available upon
request. The previous six months testing results must be supplied
to the customer within 24 hours of the request.
