RULE §26.310 | Unfair Competition and Unfair Practices |
A misrepresentation about the effects of Insurance Code Chapter 1501 (concerning Health Insurance Portability and Availability Act) or this subchapter in marketing large employer health plans or in the marketing, renewing, or canceling of other health insurance products will be considered a violation of Insurance Code Chapter 541 (concerning Unfair Methods of Competition and Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices) and §543.001 (concerning Misrepresentation Prohibited). |
