| RULE §27.87 | Duty to Negotiate |
The parties must negotiate in accordance with the timetable established by §27.89 of this title (relating to Timetable) to attempt to resolve all claims and counterclaims. No party is obligated to settle with the other party as a result of the negotiation. |
