(a) All applicable fees must be paid to DSHS before
DSHS issues a registration or license.
(b) For all initial and renewal applications, DSHS
is authorized to collect subscription and convenience fees, in amounts
determined by the Texas Department of Information Resources pursuant
to Texas Government Code §2054.252 (relating to State Electronic
Internet Portal Project), to recover costs associated with electronic
application and renewal application processing.
(c) The fees, not including subscription and convenience
fees, are as follows:
(1) asbestos abatement contractor initial or renewal--$1,070;
(2) asbestos abatement supervisor initial or renewal--$400;
(3) asbestos abatement worker initial or renewal--$65;
(4) asbestos air monitoring technician initial or renewal--$99;
(5) asbestos air monitoring technician project monitor
