(a) All registrations under this subchapter shall expire five
years from the date of issuance.
(b) The agency will notify each registrant in writing of the
impending registration expiration at least 60 days prior to the expiration
of the registration.
(c) The agency will provide application forms for renewal of
a registration.
(d) A properly completed application for renewal shall be submitted
to the agency at least 30 days prior to the expiration date of the registration.
The current registration shall be valid until the agency notifies the applicant
of renewal or denial of the submitted renewal application, provided a properly
completed application for renewal was submitted at least 30 days prior to
the expiration date of the registration.
(e) Upon proper completion of the registration renewal process,
the agency will either issue a renewed registration indicating the expiration
date or deny the application for renewal, as authorized by §334.486 of
this title (relating to Denial of Application for Registration or Renewal).
