(a) With informed written parental consent, confidential
Part C records may be provided to the public schools when the child
is enrolled in school. If the parent refuses to consent, confidential
Part C records may not be intermingled with public school records,
including records relating to special education.
(b) An agency or provider may not, without informed
prior written parental consent, redisclose confidential information
obtained from another agency or provider, unless such redisclosure
is permitted under the terms of the original disclosure made to the
agency or provider.
