RULE §354.1151 | Freedom of Choice |
Eligible recipients have the freedom of choice of an eligible provider. The provider also has the right of choice of serving an eligible recipient; however, in making a determination of whether to serve a recipient, the requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 must be observed. See §29.2 of this title (relating to Compliance with Civil Rights Act). |
