(a) An RHP has geographic boundaries as prescribed
by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).
(b) An RHP is composed of one anchor and other participants,
which may include intergovernmental transfer (IGT) entities, performers,
and other regional stakeholders. A single entity may act in multiple
roles.
(c) An IGT entity may participate in more than one
RHP contingent upon HHSC approval.
(d) A performer may only participate in the RHP plan
update for the RHP in which it is physically located. If a performer
has physical locations in more than one RHP, the performer may be
assigned to a single "home" RHP of its choosing and participate only
in the RHP plan update for its "home" RHP.
